Can I use Appointed for free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit — it's free forever. You get 1 event type and up to 10 bookings per month.
What happens if I hit the booking or event type limit?
Free accounts are capped at 1 event type and 10 bookings/month. Pro gives you 5 event types and 100 bookings/month. Enterprise removes all limits.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a trial for Pro or Enterprise?
Not currently, but the Free plan gives you a real feel for the product without a time limit. Upgrade whenever you’re ready.
What payment methods are supported?
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and support all major cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
Will my data be safe if I downgrade?
Yes. Your account, bookings, and event types are always available. Downgrading only affects new bookings / event type creation going forward.
